CFQ offers more than 25 group CrossFit classes a week. One-hour classes consist of a warm-up, exercise instruction, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). These are open to anyone that has completed the Fundamentals class or who have experience with Crossfit.
We believe CrossFit is for any age or ability. These sessions include the same broad and inclusive strength and conditioning program we offer adults, just with scaled loads and a focus on fun.
If you have a child looking for a new physical challenge or looking to build strength for a sport, CrossFit Kids is for them!
Fundamentals are where we go over the fundamental movements/exercises which are key to the CrossFit program. Every member must go through the Fundamental Program before joining. The main purpose of this program is to introduce to you the CrossFit methodology, teach you the finer points of the technical lifts we practice, with safety always being our top priority. You will be given lots of time to practice and ask questions. In this, we also will make sure your personal fitness goals are known and any personal ailments addressed, and we will also make note of your level of experience, and your current fitness level.
The Open Gym section can be used to do a workout other than the group class options or to work on specific skills or lifts.
