Welcome to the sport of fitness! Our members are people… People just like you! We have a wide range of fitness levels, from Elite Athletes to Grandmothers! CrossFitters love to talk about what they do so feel free to stop in and ask any of our member’s questions. Once you become part of our CFQ family, you will need to get familiar with our schedule so that you can plan your fitness regime. WOD’s are posted daily. It’s a good idea to be prepared for the work ahead. Review the movements. Bring the proper gear.
