  1. Hello,
    Have you considered a 9:30am class? It would be great for moms (like myself) who drop the kids off at preschool/ daycare for 9:00am and could then go get a work out in. I would definetely join a 9:30am class on Tuesday and Thursdays.

    • I would also love a 9:30 am class and would definately join. I didn’t even know you were at that location and have been talking about the need for cross fit in valley. May want to consider some awareness advertising.

  2. Only 6 spots remaining. Call now to reserve your spot for January 23rd Boot Camp at CrossFit Quispamsis. $75 for 6 weeks (12 sessions). Monday and Thursday’s at 8pm. CALL Heather @ 651-8007. Don’t wait until it’s too late to sign up as there is only 20 people per session max. So you must pre-register if you’re interested.
    Punch cards are also available. $100 for 10 classes for those on shift work or those who are unsure of schedules.

  3. I would like some more details on how to join. Are the fundamentals classes required? Or can you come in and try a single class?

    • You can come in and try a class,but fundamentals are required to join. The fundamentals are for your benefit, to learn all the functional movements of CrossFit. We would also like to assess your fitness level to see what scaling may be needed for the workouts, for your safety. You can drop by and join in on any class.

  4. Sounds good. Will there be an early morning classes (6am?) The other email you sent me is all kind of mangled up together and it’s hard to decipher what it says…Do we have to take the fundamentals first and if so what day/time is that on? Do i need to sign up in advance for the July 2nd class?

  5. I am ready to register for bootcamp. If I’ve counted correctly, the next one should be coming up soon in October. Can you give me the dates, and the best way to register? Who teaches the class? Is there a good mix of cardio with the strength training? I am assuming yes…The 8 o’clock time slot is perfect.
