We had an amazing turnout for our first week of our Friday Night Lights. There were some epic wrestler outfits and even more gutsy athletic performances.
Garrett overcame a handful no-reps on his Shoulder to Overheads and left it all out on the floor to crush his workout. 100% effort! Awesome job Garrett! You're the winner of an awesome prize package donated by Supplement King KV.
Julie Brown and Brad Saunders are our first week's recipients of the Bleeder Jersey award. They dug deep and gave 25.1 their all-out effort. Amazing to see such determination. Although there isn't a huge cash purse, or a TV, Car or all expenses paid trip to Pictou County...They do get to sign the jersey, guaranteeing that their legendary performances live on for all-time. Congratulations to you two hard workers!
