We are super excited to announce that Supplement King will be sponsoring our weekly Friday Night Lights CrossFit Open workouts for 2025!
Prizes can be awarded for best representation of the weekly theme, all-out effort in the workout or by simply showcasing the best example of the spirit of our community. What is the spirit of our community? We celebrate our fellow athletes' efforts and achievements, we give each workout our best effort regardless of the outcome and we help each other as much as possible. Show up, be kind, work hard and support your peers. It's that easy folks.
