Rest when you need to, work hard when you can, give your best effort and ask for help when you need it.


Today's workout can be a grind, so look to find some strategic breaks in the 20 minute window. Smooth is fast on the wall balls and box jumps. Rushing won't get you anywhere on these two movements.
