Deadlift Friday. Best day of the week, am I right?

We'll get into the metcon first and then finish the day with some lunges, farmer carry's and shuttles. Nice workout to kill the week.

We've been working on our body positioning a lot lately, for gymnastics movements, with beat swings, etc. The TTB in today's workout are perfect for putting all of this practice into practice. Trust this process and RELY on your low body tension to help get those cute little toesies up to the bar, or at least as close as possible.
