We made it folks, another Friday is here.

Snatches, more snatches, pullups and some box jump overs. Fun way to finish this week off strong.

Choose a snatch weight you can do 5 touch and go for success here. your pullups should be done in less than a minute and in no more than 3 sets (as long as your rest between sets is short) and our rounds shouldn't take more than 2:30 to complete.
