Hey, here's another great training opportunity to sink your teeth into.

Interval training works because there's built in rest. Too often, when we don't know how to pace ourselves in a workout, we'll push to failure on a set of something and then we're FORCED to take a break. Choosing weights/movements appropriately, in an interval training scenario, allows us to work hard and have BUILT-IN rest. This allows us to work really hard and not worry about when to break. Our bodies need the rest in order to recover and hit the next set with intensity.

Remember our intensity chat. It's not how LONG you work for, it's how well and intensely you get the job done.

Happy Friday amigos.
