CFQ! This is the last day of our test week, finishing up with 20 power cleans for time. We got this! While our metcon only has 6 minutes of working time, there's plenty of room for intensity here, and it's intensity that drives results, NOT quantity or duration. Give the cleans 100% effort and each of the three 2 minute AMRAPS your all and you will get the job done well. We'll have time to get the post-wod shoulder presses in too.
