Here's the start of a "deload" week after our testing last week. There's still plenty of opportunity for achieving some intensity, it all comes down to what YOU put into it.
We're looking for an RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) of 7 on our back squats today. If you check out the RPE chart, you'll see that a 7/10 should be borderline uncomfortable and you'll be breathing heavy, but nowhere near failing a rep.
