A nice way to start the week. Great opportunities to touch/practice some higher skill gymnastics movements before the open. An option for everyone today, this is good old fashioned conditioning. Keep the barbell at a weight that you can move comfortably, an appropriate gymnastics movement and this workout will deliver some serious intensity/results.
N.B. For those of you attacking the "100 Squats a Day...", today's workout is approved, with an opportunity for a minimum 150.
