Here we go CFQ.

We've changed up the programming for today a little bit to keep our hands on the bar for some olympic lifting.

Jumping right into some interval training to start the week. Try to move quickly, but pay attention to your mechanics as we want to make sure we're moving well. The time it takes to complete each round of work should be about the same! See how consistent you can be.
