Happy Monday folks.
No squats today, but don't worry, they're coming up on Tuesday!
We haven't done ring muscle ups in a while, so we'll have some drills to help get us back into the swing of things. Even if you don't have any interest in going for the full meal deal, i.e. an actual ring muscle up, the drills are a great way to work on some upper body strength and body position awareness. There's also an opportunity to choose straight up, good old fashioned strict chin ups.
We'll follow our gymnastics piece with a straightforward AMRAP of core work, double under practice and light power snatches.
All in all, a great way to start the week.
