Thank you to everyone for making our annual Christmas party such an amazing success. What a blast!
Week one of our Holiday season transition period. We're going to be getting into some good old fashioned CrossFit workouts. With no specific training goal in mind, our workouts over the next 4 weeks, strength specific especially, will be based off of feel and not %'s. Working to a "heavy" for the day and not off any specific numbers. This is a great opportunity to step back a bit before we start OPEN training and work on skills, movement quality, etc.
Let's just have some FUN for the next few weeks.
