Here we go CFQ.
We're going to tackle another intense AMRAP (As Many Rounds or Reps as Possible), followed by a break, and then a snatch-complex effort to test our focus and strength under fatigue. Lots of snatching in the METCON (Metabolic Conditioning) piece followed up with increasing weight on the bar in the strength. It's quite possible that METCON snatch weight represents 60% your 1 RM snatch, and therefore the perfect starting weight for the complex!
