The last week of the OPEN, then after March 16 we're on to a transition period of a few weeks. There won't be a major focus during the transition period, just movement and fun. Take the time to reset and find a personal focus for the year. Do you want to work on your conditioning? Do you have a set of skills you want to brush up on? Talk to us, we can help.
After the transition weeks, we will be starting into a SQUAT STRENGTH cycle, so expect some regular squatting of all flavours to come.
As a little taster, we have some front squats tomorrow, followed up by a simple 5 rounder of skips and DB hang snatches.
