Strong start to the week, my fellow CFQ athletes!
We will be doing a fair bit of snatching this week, as well taking on a special partner workout on Tuesday in honour of International Men's Health Day.
For Monday's METCON, we want to choose a weight for the snatches that you COULD do 10 reps of unbroken but, considering how grip-heavy this workout is, you will likely choose to break up into 2-3 sets. Keep your breaks short!
