Monday, all setup and ready to go.
You only have a 20 second window to work for the gymnastics portion, so hit it with some intensity. Be careful to choose a movement that allows for you to get some volume in during the short window.
Getting into the workout, you want to try and maximize each 1 minute window, working as long as possible before breaking and transitioning to the next movement. Knowing that you have a full 1 minute rest before attacking the next round, hang on to that dumbbell until the end of the minute. It's easier to push yourself and hang on when you know there's a reprieve to follow. This is how we progress =)
