First, for those of you who look ahead at the workouts in HWPO app, you will notice that this week will be all mixed up. We've made a few changes to fit the week a little better.

Starting off with our weekly clean and jerk work, some bar mups, push press and dubs. Looking forward to seeing you all in the gym again soon.
