Hey CFQ. Starting the week off with some OH Squats and an interesting gymnastics/endurance mashup.
Here's a link to an RPE chart, shared recently by the Burgener weightlifting crew. We're looking for an RPE of 7/10 on our OH Squats, which according to the Burgener chart means a weight that you could do for 3 more reps. What a crazy coincidence that we're doing 4 sets of three today...
