Hey folks. We've switched Friday for Monday this week, so please don't be confused by what you see in the HWPO app vs what we're posting here! Purely for logistical reasons.

We're coming to the end of 2024 and will be finishing the year with some tough but fun workouts!

Monday is a take on the ever popular "Fran" but with a heavier barbell and the thruster split into two movements. Great opportunity here to work on the two pieces of a thruster with a little more control (breathability!), and emphasis on load. KEEP YOUR HEELS down when performing your dip drive on the push press, when receiving the bar AFTER the push press and in both the squat and stand for the front squat.
