Fun stuff! Pull-ups, box jumps, burpees and v-ups! What more could you ask for?
When we get after the "max reps" sets of pull-ups, choose an option that allows you to get a minimum of 8 reps. If you're really good at these and could knock off 20, stop yourself at 16 or so to allow for consistent numbers across three sets. if you can get a few, then do a few but finish with a band that gets you the extra reps. The final set should be an absolute "to failure" effort
The METCON should be a 9-13 min effort with your burpees done in less than 2:00!
Break up the v-ups to maintain aa quality movement.
