A little bit of Sunday for you to snack on before we feast on Monday.
There's an upper body pulling strength piece and a 4 rounder couplet with some db clean and jerks. Don't rush the jerks, focus on maintaining good technique across all 4 rounds.
Here's a great example of a power clean and jerk, just keep in mind that you should be alternating arms every rep.
Nice EMOM too. You can do it as a 20 or 40 min EMOM. There's a good general warmup in the EMOM box that should do everyone well to get going.
