10 Seated Band Rows

10 Banded Good Mornings


On the bent over rows, as you hinge forward at the waist, with a slight bend in your knees, it's very important to keep your back flat and make sure your upper back muscles are fully engaged. At NO point should your upper body be parallel to the ground.
