Your Sunday work! A lower impact aerobic effort today. The idea here isn't to rush through but to find and maintain a manageable pace you can hang on to. it shouldn't be a sprint, but you may find that the lunges take you close to the end of the 3 min window. Reduce the wall walks as needed to finish with enough time to transition back to the row.
