The weightlifting piece is intended to be completed in unbroken sets, so the weight should feel light enough to get through all of the cleans, STOH and lunges without putting the bar down. Having said that, you can put the bar down for the turnaround at 25 ft.

Your Sunday METCON is all about core and upper body pressing.

Here's an example of the floor press, only you should be using a barbell.
