Back to work my friends! I hope everyone is looking forward to the start of a new year. We're going to hit the ground running.
This Thursday will be run like a regular day of CrossFit, no stretching, just a good old fashioned snatch and machine cal interval session and a 6 round couplet with deadlifts and wall walks.
Looks like an awesome way to start 2025 off right!
