There are a few options for you to choose from today. There will be a nice GoWod stretch protocol setup to help us recover from the week and get our bodies primed for week 2 of the CrossFit Open.
Take on the 4500m row challenge with a partner, sharing the meters however you see fit. You can always attack this on your own as well. If you're aiming to crush 25.2 tomorrow, you may wish to minimize the intensity your efforts today.
Whether you choose to do the performance or fitness version of the EMOM, try to cap your efforts on any of the three movements to no more than 0:45 to ensure that you get an adequate rest in each minute. The third round leads into a full minute of rest, so you can work a little longer here.
