Another reminder that we're closed today.
Pretty straightforward workout but sure to get your heart rate up. It's written as a partner workout, but you can do a solo effort as well by having the reps per 2 min interval.
So, as a team and sharing the work evenly however you see fit:
from 0-2 you share 30-40 wallballs and rest whatever time you have left.
from 2-4 it's 30-40 box jump overs.
etc...
For workout at home:
Wallballs could easily be air squats, box jumps as seated vertical jumps out of a chair, and cals on a machine could be as many jumping jacks as you can fit it 1:30!
Lots of core work today 😉
