We haven't walked on our hands for a long time, so we've added a big skill session. Ask your coach for ways to practice the pieces of your HS Walk, or build some strength to make the movement easier/more efficient. It's fun to get upside down!
Nice little stamina builder too. Hate the bike? Good, this kind of training is for you! Work your weakness and build an engine in the process.
Nice 4 rounder that will get you upside down as well. TONS of TTB, which is why the L2 Intermediate option has less. Wink.
Of course we'll have a stretch/mobility session first.
