Happy Thursday amigos! We have another EMOM 20/40 set up for you as well as a nice 5 rounder triplet with deadlifts, rowing and ring dips. Of course, we'll start the class off with a nice 20 min stretch.
This METCON is a longer one and it's important to manage your level of intensity. Slow your row/machine effort down a bit and move through the other two movements at an easier pace.
