We made it! Stretch day.
We will have a nice cardio option up as well as a 20 minute stretch and the regular weekly programming.
Some of you have done Chad or Murph on Monday, and there has admittedly been quite a bit of squatting since then, so there could be some pretty tender leggies out there. if you aren't feeling the snatches or wallballs, don't push it. Come in for a stretch and work through the cardio, maybe a little core or the snatch OH accessories.
If you're fresh as a summer daisy, dive in! I like the looks of this one.
