Thursday STRETCH DAY 20022025

Hey crew. Fun Thursday planned out for you this week.


You will have started to notice a theme with the EMOM 20/40's by now. It's all about getting as much work done in a minute as you can, without redlining your heart rate, and allowing for at least SOME rest in each minute interval. We call this threshold training. If you consistently push yourself at around 70-80% of your max capacity, you WILL build strength, power, endurance, etc.


The metcon is juicy too, with the intention of tackling a longer aerobic effort. There's a team version that would be fun to do as well. Grab your future CFQ SPRING FLING partner and start training tomorrow.


Of course, we'll have a stretch/mobility piece setup as well.
