Thursday STRETCH DAY. 24042025

Hey Folks, so this is our last Thursday at our current location. We're going to be moving some non-essential equipment to the new gym starting today. Some of the workouts may have to be modified somewhat, and your favourite piece of equipment may not be available for a few days. We're very sorry for the inconvenience but are pleased to inform you that this means that our new gym is starting to come together. We appreciate your patience as we work through this.
