Thursday Stretch Day. 30012025

Stretch day! Whoop whoop. We'll be taking care of our legs and backs after what we've worked through this week.

An opportunity awaits for those who wish to repeat OPEN workout 23.2A (23.2B was a 1 rep max thruster). I remember this one being a tough one.

We also have a great gymnastics piece lined up to help us work on our overhead pressing/stability. Chances are good we'll see wall walks at some point during the open, and or handstand pushups.

Of course, we'll have a stamina/cardio option as well for those who want to tune up their engine a bit or just get a good sweat on.
