Hey crew. Something new for this Thursday.
We'll be doing the usual Thursday jazz, a stretch followed by a strength/cardio/workout option but we're also introducing an EMOM 40/20 option that we have access to from HWPO. Mat Fraser relied heavily on long EMOM style training to bolster his fitness and it clearly helped. For now, these aren't coached in the sense that the coach will be demoing all of the movements, etc. but if you're in for open gym and would like to tackle the full 40 min EMOM or do the 20 min version after the stretch, it will be presented here.
A separate EMOM 20/40 will be posted along with the Sunday programming for you to tackle if you so choose.
