Nice little interval style workout for Tuesday and a post metcon piece designed to work on our hip health.

Work hard for 2 mins, rest for 1 and right back at it. We will start the post metcon immediately following the workout.

We're looking to be "Hip Dominant" on the machine today, so the rower or ski erg are our best choices.
