Tuesday is all about barbell cycling. The weight on the bar should be considered "light" but we have a lot of reps to chew through, so we have to be careful to make sure our form doesn't break down in the interest in moving fast. Be smooth on both movements, especially the STOH with a focus on a good dip (knees out), a strong front rack (chest and eyes up), strong drive from the legs and a solid lockout overhead.

We'll finish the day with a fun core piece we can do with a partner.
