We've seen these mixed grip lunges before. I like it! All we need is a dumbbell and a kettlebell. Can't get any more straightforward than that. Keep those heels down on the kettlebell swings for the win here!
I strongly recommend you try to get the extra work in today. These are REALLY good for helping keep our knees healthy. If you don't have time in the gym, rig something up at home. Yes, it's okay to do some of this stuff at home. Get your family involved!
