Happy Tuesday amigos!

Big front squat sesh for today. Big sets like this can be more of a mental challenge than a physical one. If you can focus in on bracing your core for each rep, big breath in at the top then squeezing your belly tight, you can push the thought of the rep count back and finish each set strong.

Some guidelines to help you set up your 3 sets:

- Aim for 70-75% of best Front Squat for last working set

- Go for 60-65% of your best Back Squat for the last working set

- First set should feel like you can bang our 5-6 more

We'll have 10 minutes to get 3 sets of 10 in. A little more than 3 minutes/set.

Finish it all off with a nice little AMRAP.
