Interval training for the win here. 2:00 isn't a huge amount of time, so it's important that we can keep moving through the prescribed work. Pullups should be unbroken or completed in 2 sets. Choose a rep scheme or movement that allows you to achieve this. The barbell complex should also be completed unbroken, so if 65% feels or seems overly heavy to you day of, we should adjust accordingly. The complex should feel heavy but doable in 1 set.
We'll finish with a nice AMRAP that focuses on core stability. Think of the core piece as an opportunity to move through the reps with good technique! No rush on the post metcon piece.
