Here we go! After our testing last week, we're diving right into our olympic lifting. Starting with some snatch work. FUN STUFF.

Nice little up and down METCON with heavier than usual deadlifts and classic pushups, Stick with the regular pushup variation unless you're a HSPU rockstar and can rep out huge sets.
