What an AWESOME lineup for today. Squat cleans, deadlifts and wallballs are all up there on my all-time favourites list. Bit of a different rep scheme too, so you'll really have to pay attention on this one.
We always talk about the importance of midline stability (core tension) and today is no different. All three of our movements for today rely heavily on your ability to maintain a stable midline. Big breath in at the top, squeeze your belly and lock your torso into one piece.
