Oh boy! Back squats and lunges.
The mixed grip walking lunges will be an interesting change of pace. The choice is YOURS. The idea is to have a different grip for each hand, i.e. one db in the front rack and the other as a suitcase, or 1 in the front rack and 1 overhead. We're starting with a classic back squat sesh to fire up those legs!
