Classic Heavy Day! Can't wait for this one. Pace yourself on the run and make sure you're set for each lift. This isn't a workout to hurry through, but to be steady in your pacing and consistent with your lifting technique.
Some help in deciding what weights would be best for your cleans:
Round 1 & 2 = 10@50%, Round 3 & 4 = 8@60%, Round 5 & 6 = 6@70%, Round 7 & 8 = 4@80%, Round 9 & 10 = 2@85%
(NOTE, this should be used as a guide but heaviest lifters should work with RX loads, not %. i.e. you can't lift anything heavier than stated)
