Happy Hump day!
Here's one for the barbell lovers. Hang pow pows and some heavy deads. We've been loving the strict ring dips lately too. Similar to our deadlift/ring dip workout from a while back but the weight is heavier on this effort.
If you have any pressing strength left over there's a nice handstand bonus piece to keep our overhead pressing on track.
