Happy Hump Day! Your challenge for this workout...how long can you hold onto unbroken sets of wallballs? The first few rounds will be quick, but adding 5 wall ball shots to each round will add up quickly! Try slowing your pace on the wallballs a bit to help control your breathing as well as your heart rate. 50 dubs are a great target for those of us still working on them try for 2-3 sets of reliable numbers for you to help build some confidence with the movement. Maybe today's the day you scoop your first unbroken set of 50! No sweat!
