Hey folks. We're back to a familiar strength + metcon format for today.
If the posted thruster weight looks like it's way outside of your comfort zone, please note that we're looking for a "heavy" thruster, so we should be aiming to add 20-30 lbs to whatever weight we would normally use.
I know this is the second time we've done burpees this week. In Michele's words, "sorry, not sorry". (Michele Letendre is the head programmer for HWPO affiliate, also an incredible CrossFit athlete) It's okay, we get to jump on these ones!
