Happy Wednesday CFQ. Hump day already.
We're back to a metcon first, strength piece second today. Starting off with a quick snatch and box-jump workout, following a classic rep scheme of 21-15-9, we'll hit it hard then slow it down a little. Think of our strength piece today as a unilateral leg strength builder. Focus on driving through a whole foot on your front lunging leg, and like with box step ups try to stand tall on the working leg before stepping down with the trailer.
